Whey je najkorisnije uzimati odmah nakon treninga radi njegove apsorbcije u mišice..ali naravno,slobodno ga uzimaš i uz dorucak ,zašto ne :)</p><p>a konkretno za dekstrozu ,dok si na dobivanju kila uzimaš ju u omjeru sa proteinima 2:1,dakle veca brojika ti je dekstroza,a dok si na smanjenju kila (definiciji) omjer 1:1 :)</p><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by zipoe - 24&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 22:35</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13640">silver</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6908<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 22:07<br /><br />veliki pozdrav&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>evo vec danima iscitavam forum i tražim odovore na pitanja i dosta sam ih našla. inace,visoka sam 180 cm i teška 68 kg. znaci težina mi nije problem, želim se pravilno hraniti. zapravo se osjecam blesavo jer sam godinama tražila neku cudotvornu prehranu a zapravo sam samo trebala detaljnije prouciti piramidu zdrave prehrane i ovakav forum <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" alt="Embarrassed" title="Embarrassed" /><br>ali dobro,sad sam nacisto. rodila sam dvoje djece,zadnje pred tri mjeseca i evo ovaj tjedan sam pocela sa vježbama. ne idem u teretanu nego vježbam uz dvd jillian michaels te na orbitreku.<br>zanima me par stvari..prvo,da li vam je ok ovo vježbanje?<br>drugo, što se tice whey-a, kupila sam ga i danas prvi put konzumirala ujutro uz zobene pahuljice. nejasno mi je sljedece, piše na pakiranju da se dnevno uzima 40g. mogu li onda ujutro uz zobene uzimati pola i ostatak navecer nakon treninga? jer ne stignem vježbati dok svi ne odu leci...<br>i koliko dekstroze pomiješam navecer uz whey (mislim kolicinski)?<br>jelovnik sam poprilicno shvatila iz ostalih postova....<br>e da, mislila sam vecerati oko 19 sati a nakon treninga samo whey+dekstrotu,može?<br>hvala <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>]]>
