    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=50">emilio</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 69<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2007 at 10:03<br /><br />&nbsp;Jedem 4 sata prije treninga a nakon toga uzimam medjuobrok otprilike š-2 sata prije tog planiranog treninga... jedenjem cilj mi je popunjavanje tjelesne energije i tekucinske depoa...za najbolju koncentraciju i tehniku u toku treninga je vazno da je hrana bogata kolhidratima......poslije treninga tijelu je potrebno popunjavanje tekucinom i glykogenom(ugljikohidratima)...jedan sat poslije treninga treba jesti jedan veci obrok u ugljikohidratnoj formi,2g/kg i š5 g proteina...TIJELO kad spava trosi puno manje energije negoli kad je aktivno pa se zbog toga nepreporuca kasno uzimanje jela,,,jeduci kasno tijelo hranu skladisti sto se kasnije talozi i pretvara u masti..]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26">Mr G.</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 69<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2006 at 01:20<br /><br />Ali opet kazem, ne znam koliko ti je taj trening stvarno naporan, dali si ti samo umorna poslije zbog cijelokupnog dana ili zbog stvarno napornog treninga.<br><br>Kolicina glukoze ovisi o intenzitetu treninga, sto znaci ako trening nije toliko intenzivan mozes ti i uzet nekakvih 20-30g glukoze ako se ti poslije toga osjecas dobro. <br><br>Ali ne smijes pretjerivat preko ovih 60 grama jer to je kasni obrok i tih 60g bi trebao biti nekakav maximum maximuma.<br><br>Uglavnom, vjezbaj i rezultati ce doci sa vremenom.<br>]]>
