    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9387">Slavonka23</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6899<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 01:49<br /><br />3 bjelanjka + 3 žumanjka<div>2žl. wheya</div><div>1-2žl. sladila</div><div>1žl. praška za pecivo</div><div>par kapi arome vanilije</div><div><br></div><div>Pecnicu zagrijati na 200°C, kasnije smanjiti na 180°C.</div><div>Mikserom umutiti žumanjke sa svim sastojcima osim bjelanjaka.</div><div>Od njih napraviti cvrsti snijeg i pažljivo(najbolje vilicom) ga umiješati u smjesu sa žumanjcima.</div><div><br></div><div>Smjesu staviti na papir za pecenje i peci na 180°C 15-ak min.</div><div><br></div><div>U medjuvremenu napraviti kremu:</div><div>400g posnog (milbona je najbolja jer je neutralna)</div><div>2žl. sladila</div><div>par kapi limunovog soka</div><div><br></div><div>Kad je biskvit pecen, izavaditi ga na vlažnu kuhinjsku krpu i zarolati ga. Neka tako odstoji minutu, onda ga odrolate.. premažete kremom, i ponovno zarolate u suhu krpu.
