O tome ovisi najviše bodyfat, a mislim da se u manje od mjesec dana redovnih vježbi može doc do povecanja, jer je te mišice najlakše pogoditi sa vježbama.. Tak da cu se još malo odmarat a prije ljeta stisni do kraja :)]]>

Npr. Zyzz je rekao da on uopce to ne radi. A ionako to ovisi o bodyfatu.<br>]]>

Forsiram bucice tako da mi trbusnjaci rade dok izvodim druge vjezbe. Cesto ih aktiviram kad radim druge vjezbe. Npr, chin up pretvorim u gorilla chin up/crunches. Cak pokusavam ne vjezbati trbusnjake jer su mi se pocele stvarati kvrge neproporcionalne s velicinom drugih misica.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11203">Jean</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6879<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 09:36<br /><br />ovak. nisam strucnjak, ali obzirom da je i moj cilj stesat te trbušne, citam dosta o tome. vecinom se preporucaju izdržaji, kao vježba koja dobro jaca core. e sad, imala sam isti problem - kad da to ubacim? pocela sam ih ubacivat na pocetku, odmah nakon zagrijavanja - radim 3 razlicita izdržaja po 1 minutu i to ponovim 2 puta, prije svakog treninga, a jednom na tjedan radim i maksimalni izdržaj, obicni plank do otkaza (štoperica, za sad sam na 135 sekundi). kolko sam citala, jako su dobri izdržaji u koje ubaciš pokrete nogu i ruku - to su kao napredne verzije. eto, to je to od mene, ak sam u krivu, nek me neko ispravi jer ovakav nacin prakticiram pa da promjenim ako sam u krivu. ]]>

Ja sam jedno par puta samo radio, i sad pošto je vrijeme da pocnem ozbiljno, zanima me kolko je puta potrebno i kada bi to mogao odraditi.. Pošto u 3 dana odradim sve mišicne skupine( osim trbuha), i 4 dan odmaram, još se ne mogu odluciti kada bih ovo radio.. Probao sam nakon treninga, ali pošto se iscrpim do ibera fkt mi je i tih par vježbica teško napravit. A u obzir sam uzeo i ovaj slobodan dan, ali ipak bi to htio ostaviti da mi se tijelo skroz odmori...
