(katastrofaaa)....prvi cilj mi je docu na 66 kg. <br />Mjere: struk-82cm ;kukovi:102cm ; grudi bez grudnjaka:98cm<br /><br />Pocela sam sa nekom mojom verzijom dijete koja podrazumjeva da sam na dijeti kad mi se da kad mi se bas i neda malo zabrljam i to radim ovako.... <br />Jedem: jaja, hrenovke, narezak i opcenito sve mesne proizvode, svo voce osim banana i svo voce osim mahunarki. <br />Ne jedem:hljeb, slatko, mahunarke, ne pijem sokove kupovne...<br />Brljam odprilike ovako: kad mi se jede slatko ja pojedem malu kandit cokoladu, kad mi se pije sok popijem pola case i odprilike sebi svaka 2-3 dana dam mali odusak ali bas mali...<br />Za 20 dana sam slinula 2.8kg (sa 78.8kg dosla na 76 kg radila sam vaganje u apoteci kad sam pocela i juce pa pise i da je otislo 1.2kg masti sad koliko je to tacno ne znam)<br />Posto se nikad nisam bavila nekom aktivnoscu pocela sam sa 30day shred presla na level 3 trenutno...<br /><br />Moj krejnji cilj je stici na nekih 55kg do septembra kada trebam magistrirati.... <br />Molim vas savjetujte me i kritikujte ja moram uspjeti u svojoj namjeri necu da budem  magistrica prasica.<br /><br /><br />p.s nadam se da ne smeta sto sam i Sa (BiH) <br /><br /><br /> <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Adna - 18&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 19:40</span>]]>
