    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26">Mr G.</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 681<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2007 at 14:38<br /><br />Po nekim tvojim 'dimenzijama' vidim da ti je cilj smrsaviti - ili se varam?<br><br>Sad cu preokrenut pricu (posto vidim da ti je cilj mrsavljenje); sto se tice ovih sporo apsorbirajucih proteina; zasad izostavi to, jer vidim da si pocetnik i jedino sto ti sad treba je whey + glukoza poslije treninga.<br><br>Zasto sam preokrenuo pricu - vidim da si pocetnik i zasad ti ne trebaju proteini u obliku shakea, osim wheya poslije treninga, jer bi se onda mogao zaigrati pa da ti se vise od 50% dnevne prehrane bazira na shakeovima. To nije dobro, odnosno ja ti zelim preporucit da se sto vise moguce zdravo hranis i jedino sto ti treba kao protein shake je whey poslije treninga i nista vise.<br><br>Vise se koncentriraj na treninge, jer oni su ti koji ce smanjit masno tkivo, nauci sto, kako radit i u koje vrijeme i nece bit problema.<br><br>Imas jako puno savjeta na samom <a href="https://www.fitness.com.hr/" target="_blank" target="_blank">webu</a> pa malo prosvrljaj. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br><br><br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Mr G.</span>]]>

Stoga trcanje, hodanje, veslanje, bicikl i kvalitetna prehrana do the result.&nbsp;]]>
