Ja bih prvo pripazila na prehranu, da to bude tip top sredjeno, onda odradila te treninge 100%, što više usputnih aktivnosti, i tek onda lagano, kako kaže avangarde, ubacivala kardio po potrebi (po meni cak bolje brže hodanje)...progresivno po tjednima, koliko je potrebno dok ne pocne više štetit nego koristit...<br><br><br>]]>

Tako da ja ne bi u dane kad radis njegov program previse forsirala HIIT nego bi eventalno uvela neki srednje intezivni kardio- trcanje srednjim intezitetom. I to bi isto uvodila postepeno- 1 tjedan recimo pola sata, treci tjedan 40 min, peti tjeda 45 min pa onda uz to pred kraj defke ubacis i jos jedan HIIT (ili ukombiniraj neki intervalni od 20ak min iza treninga)]]>

Uz to ne radim nikakav kardio samo 3x tjedno ubacim trbušnjake iz programa P90X (cca 12 min).</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Planiram si kupiti tenisice za trcanje pa&nbsp;1-2 puta tjedno ubaciti HIT...najprije lagano zagrjavanje trcanjem a onda 7-10min HIT... možda koji dan ako ne uspijem odraditi trning to trcanje ce mi biti odlicna zamjna.....</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Imaš kakav prijedlog s obzirom da imaš iskustva <img src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></DIV>]]>
