Pisano je vec o tome na forumu potrazi malo.<br><br>Mali savjet: kardio uvijek radi ujutro na prazan zeludac ili poslije treninga sa utezima (niski intenzitet nekih 30-45min.) <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Mr G.</span>]]>

Ako ces se drzati nekakvih 'pravila' zdrave prehrane i kvalitetnog treniranja tih 5-6 kila otici ce u 'misice'.
