Izbaci sve gluposti, slatko , masno, sokove cipseve itd... Možeš i trcati, ili otic u teretanu pa tamo na traci i biciklima bit, ili cak i mišice razvit malo, jer i oni daju ljepotu tijelu i troše dodatne kalorije dnevno i dodatno mršaviš.. Itd,itd ima milion nacina, samo je važno redovito vježbati, i jesti zdravo. Znaci ne sad mi se baš neda budem sutra,, ili vreca cipsa nece nikome naškoditi.. )]]>

Ako želiš ic na ovaj sport samo da skineš kile, radje nemoj, jer imaš puno boljih metoda skidanja kila od treniranja necega(radje teretana ili vježbanje doma, ili aerobik ili neke 3.e aktivnosti)<br>]]>

Curke, iskustva? I koji klub u Zg odabrati al' da te trenira ženska?</div><div><br></div></div><div>Kako postici najbrže rezultate i uz kakav oblik prehrane?</div>]]>
