    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13402">AnteTina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6741<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 22:40<br /><br />Moze...jedem ujutro sendvice s margarinom i pilecom sunkom i sirom rastopljen u mikrovalki.Popodne pojedem spagete s mljevenim mesom skupa s paprikom i krumpirom,salata s bucinim uljem,poslije toga jabuka ili kiwi ili banana,ponekad jedem pomfrit s svinjskim odreskom i mijesanom salatom od krastavaca,zelene salate,paprike i rajcice,a ponekad svinjske kotlete s pire krumpirom sa zelenom salatom s bucinim uljem...ponekad tijesto s umakom od gljiva i rezanim gljivama i pilecim pohanim mesom,ponekad pire krumpir sa skampima i salatom...navecer pojedem sendvice s sunkom ili prsutom skupa sa gouda sirom na vrhu ajvar i majoneza...navecer ponekad jedem slatku jabuku,ponekad kiwi...a ponekad popijem tu i tamo vino poslije vecere...<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by AnteTina - 07&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 22:40</span>]]>

Salo sa svih dijelova tijela kad mrsavis ravnomjerno odlazi, a prvo se naravno vidi tamo gdje ga najmanje imas. Iz ovoga proiizlazi da ne postoje ciljane vježbe za skidanje sala i "smanjivanje" jednog dijela tijela. Potreban ti je fullbody treninga 3 puta tjedno + 1-2 put tjedno neka aerobna aktivnost  (setnja, voznja bicikla..). Link sto ti je matelula dala je koristan jer su trenini tamo fullbody treninzi i prakticni su za rad kod kuce. Ukoliko namjeravas u teretanu takoder 3 puta tjedno rad s utezima<br />pozdrav]]>
