Stanje je otprilike isto. Jel dobar ovaj plan treninga? Radio bi ponedjeljak, utorak, četvrtak, petak jer za vikend nemogu ić. <br><br><b>1. dan:</b><br>30 min na traci, 8 km/h<br>Trbušnjaci, 1 serija 30 ponavljanja<br>Bench press, 5 serija<br>Leptir mašina 4 serija<br>Veslanje na spravi 5 serija<br>Zgibovi, 4 serije<br>Povlačenje šipkom do brade (ramena), 6 serija<br>Zadnja loža na spravi, 5 serija<br>Stajaći listovi 4 serije<br><br><b>2. dan</b><br>30 min na traci, 8 km/h<br>Trbušnjaci, 1 serija 30 ponavljanja<br>Čučnjevina smithu, 5 serija<br>Press mašina, 4 serija<br>Biceps pregib bučicama, 5 serija<br>Biceps EZ šipkom 2 serije<br>Triceps jednom rukom 4 serije<br>Dipsevi, 4 serije<br><br>Sve 8-10 ponavljanja max težina. <br><br>Jel to previše vježbi i/ili ponavljanja po treningu? Da kardio radim prije ili poslije? Svaki prijedlog/savjet/kritika/komentar dobrodošli.<br><br>Moram napomenuti da jedem ko inače, 4-5 puta na dan, kak koji dan stignem zbog faxa, uglavnom piletina, posni, jaja, nekad malo crvenog mesa i puuno povrča, uglavnom zelena salata, zelje svježe i kiselo, krastavce, papriku. Za doručak zobene i jogurt. Malo si krivo vidla brojke, biceps mi je dosta narastao, cak vise od ocekivanog, a i podlaktica na oko se vidi, pogotovo kad napnem misice. Ne znam, možda krivo vidim ali kao da su ramena malo izašla, srednje, ha? <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><br>Dobro je Mike, trudiš se, sve super i neka promjena se vidi mada bi tebi sad u cilju trebalo bit lagano dobivanje mase. Ne moraš se uprasit, to ti baš i nebi bilo dobro s obzirom na kalorijski deficit u kojem si vec duže, ali malo korigiranje prehrane i intezivan trening ce ti cuda napravit jer imaš lijepu podlogicu <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><br><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl - 19&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2013 at 10:24</span>]]>
