    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10645">avangarde</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6713<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 00:04<br /><br />svaki obrok ti ima previše ugljikohidrata, a premalo proteina.. još ako za rucak ne jedeš uvijek meso ili neki drugi protein onda su sve ugljikohidrati  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  probaj na svaki obrok dodat neke iz ove skupine namirnica- meso (piletina, puretina, teletina, govedina), ribe i morski polodovi svih vrsta, jaja, sireve s malo mlijecne masti, whey protein (njega možeš dodati i u musle za dorucak- izaci kruh iz dorucka ako jedes musle. meduobrok je dovoljna jedna vocka i neki proetin (sir recimo), mozes i par badema. ako je trening kasno i sheake ide kasno- dakle ovisi kad ti je treninga- pij ga odmah iza vjezbanja]]>

Taj multipowerov koliko sam citao i nije baš . Cak i soju da sadrži i da je teško probavljiv što nikako nije dobro za protein ...</p>]]>
