Može poslužiti i za masu ali i kondiciju odlicno radi, pazi na klopu i ide oboje pa kad to završiš onda možeš na masu <a href="http://fitnessangels.net/hr/blog/8-tjedana-do-funkci&#111;nalne-misicne-mase" target="_blank">8 tjedana do funkcionalne mišicne mase</a> i uz pravilnu klopu bit ceš brutalan i vec ceš tu skinut i još onda možeš 5 kilograma masti u 5 tjedana, s tim da uzmeš pauzu od tjedan dana izmedju programa i radit neko održavanje a i ne moraš ako se osjecaš odmoreno<br /><br />što god odabrao pravilna prehrana i pravilna forma izvodjenja vježbi su bitne stvari na koje trebaš obratiti pozornost i pazi da se ne ozlijediš, pozz<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Markan1989 - 04&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 22:01</span>]]>
