    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6704<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 22:00<br /><br />ne trebaš toliko, tijelu ne treba kalorija koliko mu kalkulatori stavljaju na raspolaganje usprkos uvriježenom mišljenju, ako pojedeš 2500 kvalitetnih kalorija u ovoj dijeti u roku 4-6 sati si pravi frajer jer je teško nagurati toiki broj zdravih kalorija (ja mogu ali samo zato što obožavam jesti XD) ali ja uopce ne pazim na kalorije, poanta je da se tvari puno bolje iskorištavaju pa ti ne treba toliko ali jako je bitno da je klopa što prirodnija jer bismo ju kao takvu trebali jesti i ako slušaš tijelo ne moraš brojat :)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6704<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 16:27<br /><br />a ono, sad sam smanjio treninge na 3 tjedno i stvarno puno jedem i još uvijek stojim na 85 :P, ali da dodam još koji trening dodjem na 82 bez problema ali svi su mi govorili da sam kostur i nije mi se to svidjelo tako da sad razmišljam da se nakon završetka programa od extremefita prebacim na onaj za masu i pocnem ozbiljno jest (ima princip za masu i na warrioru koji polako vec provodim hehe) pa cemo vidjet, najbitnija mi je trenutno snaga, cista snaga pa ako masa dodje zašto ne]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6704<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 08:26<br /><br />bitno je da rasporediš obroke sukladno životnom tempu, ja sam primjerice na warrioru i cijeli dan preživim bez problema, fokusiran sam (sad su baš ispiti i kad ne jedem koncentriran sam odlicno (jucer je bilo 5 sati u komadu rješavanja opakih zadataka)) i poslije svega toga trenkam na prazan želudac i to nisu laki treninzi dapace strgam se i onda poslije toga sjednem i jedem koliko mi terba (slušati svoje tijelo je poruka)<br /><br />bilo je teško u pocetku ali ako odgovara tvojem tempu možeš jesti samo jednom dnevno iako ja to podijelim na 2 obroka da bude lakše za želudac a preko dana pijem zeleni sok domace izrade, ujutro ili prije treninga zeleni caj ili kava i to je to, osjeca se sjajno treniram samo 3 puta tjedno (zasad uskoro cu na 4 pa pred ljeto opako rezanje sa 6 hehe) i jedem kao neman i idem spavat sit i zadovoljan :)<br /><br />ovo spominjem samo zato što cura ima takav tempo, a uz ovakvu prehranu joj ne treba više od 4 treninga tjedno ako se drži principa, evo clanak cisto za informaciju da prouciš i shvatiš odakle dolazim (da se razumijemo jeo sam prije 6 obroka dnevno i trenirao po nekom bb nacinu ali ovako se jednostavno bolje osjecam)<br /><br /><a href="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/topic6676_page1000.html" target="_blank">Warrior diet</a>]]>

Hrana samo u tankom crijevu ostaje do 24. Jedeš onoliko obroka koliko ti odgovora.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13256">XQ</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6704<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 20:59<br /><br />Kao 1. to ne bih mogao izdržati, jedva ujutro od 7 do 10 izdržim do obroka , a kao drugo kad sam prije znao jesti navece prije spavanja, ujutro bi bila bol u želudcu jer tijekom noci slabije radi i teže probavlja hranu, i još uz to loše utjece na san..Al ko voli nek izvoli, ja isto bar 5 obroka dnevno imam, i to bome lijepih(voce i ostale medjuobroke ne racunam, to je tek ovak usput kad je dosada) :)<br>]]>
