Tako da bi ti ja savjetovao da se drzis oko 30 grama proteina poslije treninga po mogucnosti wheya, a ako si bas odradio intenzivan trening onda mozes i malo vise jer tijelo u obroku poslije treninga moze apsorbirati vise proteina nego inace. Naravno to ovisi i o tvojoj tezini. ]]>

Koliko mi je poznato poslje treninga je potrebno uzeti 40g proteina u kombinaciji sa 60g ugljikohidrata ali...<br>Dali postoji tablica za idealnu konzumaciju proteina s obzirom na misicne grupe?<br>Pitam ovo zato sto je ovaj Twin Lab skup ko vrag pa da bi postigao najbolje rezultate a potrosio sto je moguce manje novaca. Logicno je da kada radim noge da mi treba vise od 40g proteina poslje treninga i 2g/kg&nbsp; proteina na dan, negoli kad radim ramena.<br>]]>
