    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1458">zmaj</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6681<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 23:07<br /><br />Avangarde kombinacijon mahunarki i žitarica se dobije puni AK profil, nigdi nisan reka da je to primaran izvor jer i nije meni je meso, whey i kazein primarni izvor, ovi mi služi ka najjeftiniji nacin za unit dosta kvakitetnih UH a uz to iman nadopunu proteina, zato i nevolin vegetarijanstvo jer dame biljke nisu divoljne, tako da ako se ovo koristi ka nekakva nadopuna to je odlican izvor i je manja biološka vrjednost ali nema neke prevelike veze u tom smislu  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> a šta se tice soje vec je dovoljno receno]]>
