Ovo tu sto si dao prijedlog prehrane...sve to meni premalo kako god okrenes cak i masti ima malo. Ugl javi mi se u inbox, imam knjigu za tebe pa cu ti poslati :) Sto se tice wheya prije i poslije treninga- logicno je da se pije poslije treninga ali s obzirom na ovakvu prehranu i manjak kcal ja bi ti ga dala da ga pijes cijeli dan&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  da ne umreš od gladi :)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20794">beast</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6676<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2016 at 20:26<br /><br />Pozdrav trebam vasu pomoc pa ako moze neko uskociti :)<br /><br />Treniram 2x na dan jutri kondicija,snaga vecer trening boks tako svaki dan NED rest.<br /><br />http://dpfitness.eu/moj-nacin-prehrane/<br />ovdje kaze da kad se trenira popije prije proteinski napitak i poslije tako bi ja pratkicki pio 4 puta , 1 dan nema rucka , 2. dan se ubaciva rucak .<br /><br />tako da sada sa ovim nacinom prehrane 1 dan imam samo veceru kruti obrok ostalo je sve protein 2 dan ručak i večera U KOJOJ SU PROTEINI/POVRCE/UGLJIKOHIDRATI a u warior dijeti slabo igdje vidim ugljikohidrate.<br /><br />problem mi je dorucak jer na stranim forumima vecinom ima laganog dorucka npr.<br /><br />Ronda Rousey Diet:<br />8:00 am: Two teaspoons oat bran, two teaspoons chia seeds, two teaspoons hemp seeds<br />10:00 am: Train<br />11:45 am: Post-exercise smoothie<br />12:00 pm: Farmer’s scramble: one whole egg, plus two egg whites, two sides of turkey bacon<br />4:00 pm: Snack: one apple, one-fourth cup raw almonds, one-fourth cup raw cashews<br />6:00 pm: Train – Post-exercise smoothie, da, da, da.<br />Before bed: Chamomile tea.<br /><br /><br />ovdje nema izbacivanja rucka i dorucak je stalan te se proteinski napitak pije smao poslije treninga... <br /><br />Pomoc ako moze samo da se odlucim ovako ne znam na koju cu stranu :(]]>

Tokom dana pijem kavu, čajeve i iscjeđene sokove od limuna i grejpa, sve u svemu do navečer popijem 2,5-3 l tekućine, a navečer se najedem. Primjetila sam da mi više nema nakupljene potkožne vode. Koža je nekako napetija, ne znam kako bih to drukčije opisala... noge izgledaju tanje i čvršće na dodir&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />. Mene zanima kad ste na warrioru da li jedete sve makronutriente svaki dan ili radite cikliranje UH?]]>

Odlično se osjećam. Djeluje na smanjenje apetita. Osim toga kad dođe vrijeme za veliki obrok jede mi se "prava" hrana: meso, povrće, riža, voće. Hvala, Markanu.Danas sam napravila čokolatine bez šećera. Imam silikonske kalupiće za njih. Rastopila sam 3 žlice kokosovog djevičanskog ulja zajedno s 2 žlice kakaoa u prahu (gorki, nemasni), to sam zasladila stevijom u prahu i izlila u kalupiće. Ima okus kao 70-80% čokolada. Dio toga mi je bio desert.&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4955">Amiketa</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6676<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2014 at 19:22<br /><br />Ja sam na warrior diet-u negdje 3-4 godine.<br />Osluškujem svoje tijelo i nekada jedem frekfentno pogotov nakon napornih treninga jer osjećam da tijelu fali.<br />Ono što uvijek imamm kao primarnu vodilju je blok od 16h do 20h posta od zadnjeg obroka.<br />Ako sam završio sa obrokom u 21h slijedeći obrok (veliki obrok) počinjem u 13 ali uglavnom to bude u 15h.<br />Ponekad u jutro popijem kefir (sa domaćim mlijekom/kućna radinost), zeleni smoothie (ali stvarno zeleni a ne šećernu radost/grejp+celer+đumbir/, popijem svoju mješavinu POWM (whey+hemp+sunwarrior+kurkuma+cimet+đumbuir prah+maca)...<br />Uglavnom jedem oko 21-23. Treba vremena i prakse ali ako vidiš da ti je zdravlje loše i da ne funkcioniraš dobro onda upotrijebi zdrav razum.<br />Pogotovo ženama nije to dobro na duže staze.]]>
