    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13292">dezork</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6671<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2013 at 00:25<br /><br />pa sto se tice prehrane mene su ubijale vecere navecer sam previse znao jest i to me i dovelo do 109 kg...ugl izbacio sam neke ugljikohidrate,slatko kolace gazirane sokove alkohol tu i tamo hahaha...puno posnog sira jedem pileca prsa intergralni kruh samo......a sto se tice treninga to vam je ljudi p90x traje 90 dana vjezbas svaki dan osim nedjeljom program obuhvaca sve moguce od kardia do vjezbi za trbuh ramena biceps triceps kvadriceps trokut ma svi misici se jacaju ugl a masno tkivo topi!..stvarno odlicna stvar preporucio bi ju za one koji zele oblikovati tijelo ali upozoravam nije ni malo lagan! i samo treba imati STRPLJENJA,NE ODUSTAJATI I PRESKAKATI VJEZBE rezultati ce isplivati<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley41.gif" border="0" alt="Beer" title="Beer" /> cheers...uvjerevam vas da poslije toga ciklusa od 3 mj mozes cuda radit na pocetku sam mogao napravit 5 sklekova sad po seriji 25...zgibova nisam mogao napravit niti jedan sad 8 u komadu radim...<br><br><br>]]>
