    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=12944">Kaaatarina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6642<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2013 at 16:18<br /><br />ja npr. tkodjer želim sršaviti &nbsp;7 kg i prije mj dana tj novogodišnja odluka bila mi je Insanity porgram, ne znam jesi li cula, ali imaš ugalvnom tu forum na tu temu i tamo se medjusobno podržavamo. ugl u jedan mj ja sam tkodjer dobila 2 kg na vagi, ali u tijelu sam puuuno utegnutija i par cm manja u struku! program je prebrutalan ali se definitivno ispalti + radiš 6 dana u tjednu, a taj trener što ga gledaš te dodatno motivira. i npr što se tice prehrane nisam skoro pa ništa promjenila, samo poslije treninga popijem whey i to je to. ovo ostalo po starom. polako, ali sigurno :)]]>

Znam da je to vrlo kratkorazdoblje za znacajnije promjene,problem je sto nema ama bas &nbsp;nikakvih promjena, niti jedan&nbsp;cmmanje ni kg manje.Štoviše vaga pokazuje 2 kg više <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" title="C&#111;nfused" />...što djeluje vrlodemotivirajuce..</font></div><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;" ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">E sad ne znam je li problem u prehrani (previše kcal ?) iliu premalo aktivnosti (ostatak vremena, obzirom na posao kojim se bavim, jepretežno sjedilacki).</font></p><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;" ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">Inace,&nbsp; bazalni metabolizam mi je oko 1350 kcal (ako samto dobro izracunala).</font></p><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;" ="Ms&#111;normal"><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">Da li da se držim ovog rezima ili da nešto mijenjam (dok jošimam volje i motivacije <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />)</font></p><div><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"></font></div><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"></font>]]>
