Rasporedi po danima, svaki put izaberi drugu vježbu. Na taj nacin i dalje gadjaš prsa i malo iznenadjuješ tijelo. Možes ga uzeti cisto iz prakticnih razloga...jer je nakon treninga puno lakše popiti whey sa dekstrozom (ili npr. banana umjesto dekstr.) nego praviti klopu.. iako, sat-dva nakon wheya bi trebao pojesti pravi obrok p+uh :)]]>

Napominjem da je to program za prvi mjesec,jer nisam dugo imao aktivnosti,zelim zivnuti malo misice zato redom sve grupe!
