A možeš i pojesti neko voce, med, proteinsku cokoladicu ili što god. <br><br>Mlijeko možeš dodati zbog okusa i eventualno sitnog dodatka kalorija (cca, 7g ugljikohidrata i 5g proteina na 150 ml mlijeka).<br>]]>
