Kruh uopce ne jedem, kao i grickalice i sl.<div><br></div><div>Kad iam nastavu popodne, pojedem oko 9h jabuku (navika vec 3 god) i kukuruzne pahuljice s mlijekom. Sita sam do pol 5 pa pojedem jabuku al nis ne stignem jesti sve dok ne dodjem doma oko pol 9 iz šk :// onda doma pojedem neku juhu i jabuku.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Ono, ne stignem posteno nist pojest jer sam vecinu vremena tokom dana u šk :/</div><div><br></div><div>Bum pogleala onda slavonkin režim pa javim kroz vrijeme kak ide :)</div><div>hvala^^</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1458">zmaj</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6516<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2013 at 22:00<br /><br />Kvalitetni treninzi s utezima i pravilna prehrana, šta se tice obroka nije toliko bitno kad jedes, bitno je šta jedes, zbog škole 1-2 obroka možeš umisto ujutro pojest popodne i obrnuto, ujutro lipo doruckuj, možeš i u školu nešto odnit, pogledaj kakav režim ima slavonka, ona je dobar primjer da se sve može kad se oce, ima tu i drugih cura koje super rade ali mislin da je slavonka imala najveci rezultat. Tebi ce tribat neka vrsta low carb djete, cikliranje UH]]>

Odonda sam bucka&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0" alt="Ouch" title="Ouch" />&nbsp;mislim, trbuh mi je oke, al' bih ga dovela u red... Noge su mi jake postale ://</div><div>Promijenila sam prehranu i vjezbala sam. Izdrzala sam 2 i pol mj bez kruha, mesa (ionak' ga ne jedem), tjestenine, slatkisa, sokova koji unistavaju organizam itd.</div><div><br></div><div>No, ipak nisam uspjela maknut' škembicu i salo sa bedara -.-&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Problem je u tome kaj ne znam kak' da si organiziram obroke, pošto sam jedan tj ujutro, a drugi tj popodne u školi. ://</div><div><br></div><div>A zelim maknut to salo i celulit i bit fit kao i prije&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
