I stavi ga 5 gr u seik poslje treninga, a u dane ne treniras možeš ujutro. Mass gainer, mislim da ti to ne treba, samo jedi kako spada, jedi kao da ti je svaki dan života zadnji hahaha i masa ce doci. <br /><br />Evo ti prijemjer mog jelovnika za masu:<br /><br />1.Dorucak 150g, 4 dl mljeka, 2 kuhana jajeta = 900 kcal 35g p,120 g uh, 16g m<br /><br />2. Medjuobrok 4 snite integralnog hljeba + 100 g pilecih prsa susenih= 400 kcal 25g p, 60 g uh, 2g m<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;jabuka + 2-3 mandarine 25g uh 100 kcal<br /><br />3. Rucak 200g nekog nemasnog mesa, + 100 g rize + 200g graška + 4 snite itegralnog 850 kcal 50g p, 160 uh, 3g m<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(svaki 3,4 dan bi trebao crveno meso ubaciti)<br /><br />4. Medjuobrok, pwm 30g whey + 60g dex-a 200 kcal<br /><br />5. Vecera 160 g tune(sardine) u maslinovom ulju + 200 g posnog + 4 snite integralnog 900 kcal, 45g p, 60h uh, 55g m<br /><br />=3350 kcal, 185g p, 405g uh,76g m - ovo je jelovnik za masu, ako masa ne ide gore dodaj, u veceru jos 50-100 g kikirikija<br /><br /><br /><br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by diinnoo - 03&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2013 at 11:59</span>]]>
