Htio bih barem na 74-75 kg dici, ali da mi masno tkivo ostane na 15% sto je skroz dobro jer ispod 12% je vec izvrsno.. ]]>

Znanstvena fantastika... Tebe nebi tribalo ni brinit salo posto si zgoljav, jedi jedno 3000 -3500 kcal za pocetak pa ce i kile ic gore, posto si ektomorf u tebe to ide teže, netribas pit shakeove tipa herbalife]]>

Visok sam 1,80 a imam samo 64 kg.. Jedem puno i sve jedem, ali ne dobivam na kilaži.. Pa me zanima, kako da se zapravo udebljam a da ne dobijem sala, dakle, zanimaju me i vjezbe za dobivanje mase.. Vjezbam doma, na treningu i bio sam na analizi i imam 50% mišicnog tkiva, 15% masnog tkiva.. Dakle, volio bi smanjit masno, povecat misicno, i dobit na kilaži.. Danas svi govore da se to nemoze bez preparata tipa Herbalife shakeovi i sl.. A moze, jer se moglo i prije, stoga molim bez odgovora tipa: "Uzimaj shakeove, proteine i sl."]]>
