NEMOJ DA TI SUPLEMENTI BUDU TEMELJ,NEGO PRAVILNA PREHRANA!&nbsp;</p><p>Dalje,koliko trebaš piti proteina nakon treninga ovisi od proizvoda do proizvoda i o tebi samom,ali moj ti je savjet da bude više od 20g proteina. Što se tice glukoze,ljudsko tijelo ima energije za 15-20min naporne aktivnosti. Ta energija se nalazi skladištena u krvi i jetri u obliku glikogena. Kada tijelo potroši glikogen, linijom manjeg otpora prelazi  na razgradnju mišicnog tkiva (katabolizam) kao izvora energije. Da bi sprijecio taj proces trebaš koristiti ugljikohidrate (najbolje Vitargo ili maltodekstrozu). Oni brzo prolaze kroz želudac i donose energiju do krvi.
