To koje misicne skupine se koriste nema veze odakle ces gubiti salo, to zavisi najvise od hormonalne slike. Ako radis "cardio" posao onda ja bih ubacio 3-max4 treninga sedmicno. A ako si dosao do faze pretrenirasnotsi, uzmi si pauzu od 1-2 sedmice. ]]>

   <title>pretreniranost : nakon dvije godine vjezbanja rezultat...</title>

Trbusina je nestala, ali mi se dogodila pretreniranost . Vjezbam kuci sa bucima i full body treningom i vijacom. Inace radim konobar i stalno sam na nogama pa moje pitanje glasi koji omjer koristiti vijace i bucica jer su m se noge stanjile brutalno.<br />Jos imam materijala za skinuti samo oko trbuha i nabiti noge i ruke samo me strah da ne pretjeram s obzirom na prejaki intenzitet rada nogu a cucnjevima trebam skinuti visak masti<br />]]>
