Ua dorucak radije ubaci neki izvor proteina i mozes zobene umjesto ovog.  Za rucak UH, gledaj da ti obroci budu uravnotezeni. Ubaci medjuobrok nakon rucka.<br /><br />Najegzaktnija metoda bila bi izracunavanje potrebnih kcal na dnevnoj razini pa onda kalorijskog deficita.]]>

Pratin vas vec neko vrime i super ste mi sa savjetima. :)<br>Uvatila me neka mala krizica veceras jer ne mogu nikako smrsavit, a zadnjih misec ipo dana se trudin <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /> Pa ako me iko moze savjetovaaat aaaa...<br>Visoka sa 172, i iman 67 kg. Uspila san doc na 65 i onda se vratilo jer san jedan vikend zeznila xd znaci u principu nista se ne dogadaaa...<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" title="C&#111;nfused" /><br><br>Pocela san sa zdravon prehranom, ugl ujutro voda,voce, saka oraha ili badema i svjezi sok od grejpa ili narance. Izmedu popijem kavu, rucak ugl piletina, riba, povrce...i popodne voce, vecera il posni sir , il grozdice....pijem puno vode, zeleni caj itd..<br><br>Sta se tice vjezbanja prvih 1o-tak dana sam trcala 15-30 min, posto je zahladilo pocela sam doma radit vjezbe po 45-60 min, intervalni trening il kardio pola sata plus vjezbe snage, 5 puta tjedno...<br><br>A nije mi jasno zasto vaga pokazuje istoooo...Eto ako mi iko moze dat koji savjet bila bi zahvalna :)<br><br>]]>
