A mogu li ovo raditi kao dodatni trening uvecer, a obzirom da treniram girjom na tašte svako jutro osim nedjeljom. Znaci 6×tj. I sad ako bi smanjio jedan trening recimo srijedu i uveo pon sri pet snatch, el bi to bilo mozda malo previse ipak?]]>

Ono radi cega me zanima je jer npr kružni oblik treninga npr unatoc vjerovanjima ne doprinosi nešto poboljšanju VO2max radi toga što prilikom rada sa opterecenjem dolazi do spazma krvnih žila , te samim time manjim primitkom kisika , te se samim time ne može povecati primitak kisika, pa je ovo bila tema koja me iz istog razloga zanimala pošto se takodjer radi sa opterecenjem , a cuo sam vec i prije od nekud da se kod takvog KB treninga povecava vo2max, pa sam želio to osobno provjeriti ili vidjeti da je to vec netko radio ,te da se ne radi samo o poboljsanju mis izdrzljivosti i&nbsp; povecanju tolerancije na laktate, cisto da ne ostane na teoretiziranju posto nisam nasao odgovor :)<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by The Phoenix - 27&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2012 at 21:57</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4955">Amiketa</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6430<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2012 at 19:39<br /><br />Steve Cotter je prije bio RKC instruktor.Sada se više bavi drugacijim pristupom treninga se Kettlebellom.Ovakav nacin koji je opisao Saša pripada Hardstyle metodi koju je razvio Pavel Tsatsotsuline. nekada RKC organizacija a sada StrongFirst.Nakon SNATCH-va život nikada nije isti :-))VWC je dobra stvar za poboljšati tehniku SNATCH-a jer se upotrebljava lakši KT. Radi se i na poboljšanju VO2 max što uvijek dobro dode.U svakom slucaju Sale dobar clanak :-))]]>

Doduše, u knjizi su navedeni i daljnji protokoli koji se mogu slijediti pa sam krenuo dalje. Evo baš sam prošli tjedan krenuo s programom i protokolom 15:15. Dugo nisam radio snatcheve s lakšim kettlebellom...zanimljivo je :))Iduci protokol je 36:36 sekundi...jedva cekam.]]>
