    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6403<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2012 at 19:15<br /><br />kaj ce ti trbušni, to imaš a njihov izgled ti je genetski uvjetovan tako da what you have is what you have, a vide se odlicno, da bar ja tak mogu, nikad nije dobro raditi samo odredjene mišice, najbolje je sve vježbati po nekmo od sistema(full body, upper lower) al ako hoceš prsa i biceps radi hrpu sklekova, zgibova i propadanja (dipsa) prvo sa težinom tijela a kasnije sa utegom i bilo bi dobro da zgibove radiš na debelim ruckama jer ti ktao i podlaktice brutalno rade i bicepsu pomaže, to su ti majka vježbe za koje ti ne treba oprema, a to su zakon vježbe i ako hoceš povecati masu moraš jako puno i zdravo jesti]]>
