I kod mene u gymu masa takvih ljudi. Zapravo, masa je kriva rijec jer ih mozda petoro ili sestoro uopce radi cucanj! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /><br /><br />A da, savjet je bio usmjeren uglavnom na prevenciju ozljede. A ima smisla donekle obzirom da mene bolio lumbalni dio dok nisam trenirala (u pauzi) pa i sad me u zadnje vrijeme poceo, kod cucnja malo takodjer.<br /><br />Trenutno sam na 55kg i dalje, nije mi bas lagano. Ali šalu na stranu to stvarno je tako , tim više kaj sam siguran da radis cucanj u punom smislu te vježbe, a i ja bi mogao na prste jedne ruke nabrojati muške koje rade "cucanj" sa tom ili veceom težinom, a da to stvarno je cucanj, a ne 1/4 ili 1/2 cucnja.</div>]]>
