Probaj si napaviti kaloricniji dorucak i ne jesti voce kao meduobrok. Isprobaj si napraviti meduobrok npr posni sir, tuna, zobene neko voce. Koliko sam vidjela na forumu imas tablicu kalorija i tamo si isto mozes pronaci i izmisliti meni koji ti odgovara. Ako ides na put to ne znaci da to mora biti cheat day doma si skuhas hranu i samo ju poneses na put. Ako sad mislis kako su si svu tu hranu staviti u rucnu torbu, lagano. Kupi si lijepi zenstveni ruksak i problemu se doci kraj. Ej dosla mi je jedna jako dobra ideja na pamet. Koliko imas do posla ujutro jel je daleko ili vozis auto. Ako koristis javni prijevoz hodaj par stanica mozda ti to pokrene metabolizam i tijelo ce te traziti vise hrane. Ja ujutro prohodam oko 3 kilometara ne skupa razdvojeno. Sretno i pusa]]>

Poremetit ces porecese u tijelu pogotovo vi žene (neke) imate problema s vašim danima u mjesecu tako da pazi da to neporemetiš ... ISPOD 1200 kcal po nikakvu cijenu ! Pomalo samo vježbaj uporna budi i budi u deficitu i do ljeta ces se ti sklesat ;)]]>

Uglavnom, vecinom su to vjezbe snage, 3 putatjedno, dok je 2 puta tjedno samo kardio. Cilj mi je smrsaviti tj. smanjitibody fat. <br><br>Izracunala sam si i BMR i TDEE i dosla do neke ogromne brojke od 2200kcal kojekao dnevno trosim s takvim treningom. Nema sanse da ja toliko u danu pojedem,ako ne trpam u sebe pizzu, cevape i slicno. </font><font size="3"><font color="#663399"><span style="mso-spacerun:yes">&nbsp;</span>Zadnjih par mjeseci jedem oko 1500 dnevno i nemrsavim. Onda sam ubacila vjezbanje, neka dva mjeseca, 3 puta tjedno, i nistase nije dogodilo. Dakle, kalorije moraju dolje, ili vjezbanje mora gore, cistamatematika. Pa sam odlucila malo pojacati vjezbanje i malo smanjiti kalorije.</font></font></p><p ="Ms&#111;normal"><font color="#663399"><font size="3">Ono sto slijedi je prikaz <font size="3">moje prehrane.</font></font></font><br></p>]]>
