    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11076">zbunjena</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6381<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2012 at 21:16<br /><br />znam da vec vjerojatno zamaram al nadam se da ce se nac netko sa dovoljno volje da mi odgovori..naime da bi održala sadasnju tezinu mi je potrebno 2200 kcal..moje je pitanje kako da to rasporedim,treba mi okvirni br kalorija za pojedini obrok kao npr <br />dorucak-oko 7-koliko kcal?<br />mo1-oko 9 koliko kcal<br />rucak oko 11-koliko kcal<br />mo oko pola 4 -koliko kcal <br />vecera-oko pola 8-8-kolko kcal<br />to je s obzirom da idem popodne u skolu(kakve savjete,treba li sto izbaci,dodat,iako mi je i ovako problem cesto jesti,nisam gladna)<br />a kad idem ujutro onda je <br />dorucak-oko 6<br />mo1-oko pola 11<br />rucak oko 2<br />mo2 -oko 5<br />vecera oko pola 8,8<br />i koju mi zdravu a visoko kaloricnu hranu preporucujete kako bi sto lakse ispunila dnevnu potrebu za kalorijama<br /><br />hvala..]]>
