Odustao od gainera i kupio gold whey. Ujutro si sameljem zobene pahuljice,neki orašasti plodovi,žlicu maslaca od kikirikija,mljeko sve to zmiksam i to je odlican gainer.<br />A poslje treninga popijem whey sa dekstrozom i to je to. Rezultati su vidljivi vec nakon 3 tjedna.  <br />Sretno.  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Ja mislim da bi ti bolje bilo uzeti neki whey pa njega piješ poslje treninga sa dekstrozom.  E sad dali bi ti dobio šta s gainerom ili ne to je opet do tvoje konstitucije i tvog metabolizma. <br />Ako ti je vec prehrana sredjena onda bi je ja samo nadopunio s nekim wheyom. ]]>
