U vrlo kratkom vremenu, skocila sam s 55 na 65. Kako ranije nisam imala problema s težinom, jedva da sam i bila svjesna da kod kuce imamo vagu. Bila sam svjesna da sam se malo, eto, udebljala ali to mi nije izgledalo strašno. Moji najbliži su me štedjeli komentara i tako sam prvi udar stvarnosti doživjela tek kad sam vidjela svoju sliku. Nakog toga je i vaga rekla svoje. Nakon nje i moji najbliži  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br />Pokušaj uživati u citavom procesu i ne razmišljaj o rezultatima, barem onim vizualnim. Uz redovito vježbanje i izmijenjenu prehranu ni oni nece izostati. A puno prije toga ceš primijetiti kako se osjecaš bolje, imaš više energije, koža ti je ljepša, nokti, kosa... motivacije koliko hoceš  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
