    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=12515">milicica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6359<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2012 at 11:09<br /><br />danas ustala u 6,30 oko 7.15 pojela malo vocnog sejka cisto da zeludac ne bude prazan pre jutarnje kafe , oko 10h jos malo sejka (koji mi ocigledno ne prija- stomak istog trenutka reaguje) tako da sam isti bacila , planiram za danas rucak slican jucerasnjem, pridvece vijacu ..kako da nateram sebe da jedem do uvece minimum jos tri obroka???? e sada..moj organizam ocigledno najbolje vari proteine, ali sam primetila da unosenjem istih sa salatama se retko praznim..i da li sa unosenjem proteina a bez vezbanja (u slucaju kada mi krenu terapije koje su jako bolne) je moguce dobiti visak&nbsp; kilograma? zaboravila sam da na mojoj terasi dugo stoji ona sprava valjda se zove gladijator te kada budete u prilici cisto da mi date savet koje bi vezbe mogla sa tom spravom da odradim. Izvinjenje zbog nejasnog pisanja, puno posla na poslu a koristim svaku priliku da vam pisem]]>
