    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8711">baba44</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6357<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2012 at 11:49<br /><br />helou!<br />ja imam bucice  dvije ,od po 5kg<br />sve vježbe radim s njima,imam pilates loptu i štangu za zgibove<br />treniram ponedjeljak,utorak, cetvrtak i petak<br />ostale dana odmor<br />jedem zobene,obavezno,posni sir, meso(uglavnom perad),puno povrca(kuhano),kikiriki,groždjice,banane,tu itam rižu i krumpir,tjesta jako rijetko<br />pijem vitamine i minerale,caj od koprive s medom i cimetom, i od proteina whey,poslije treninga<br />kardio radim,i kao dio zagrijavanja i obavezno vježbe istezanja<br />u svaki trening su ukljuceni obavezno cucnjevi i sklekovi<br />ima puno iskusnijih ovdje od mene,ja sam samouka, ali ide mi dobro,izgledam bolje nego sa 20  i naravno odlicno se osjecam<br />sretno i hrabro naprijed! ak te još kaj zanim,slobodno pitaj! <br />pozz!  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
