Pokušavam samo sam trenutno nesigurna u efikasnost svojih treninga..Zapravo vozim snowboard (navikla reci skijanje) ali ako ti nije problem pošalji pa cu vidjeti šta se može uraditi ili proslijediti nekim skijašima :)<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by None - 24&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2012 at 18:28</span>]]>

S vremena na vrijeme odem u teretanu ali obicno to ne bude kontinuirano (1 mjesec) no ovaj put je ozbiljnije + trebam se pripremiti za novu sezonu skijanja. Visoka sam 173cm i imam 68kg (vecinom je to u nogama), a htjela bih izgubiti 3kg ali ne žurim toliko s obzirom da sam duže vrijeme otprilike na ovoj kilaži.. Što se tice prehrane, to više-manje znam pa me trening više interesira.Idem 3x tjedno u teretanu, a jedva stignem zbog predavanja na fakultetu. Trening se sastoji od 10-15min zagrijavanja na biciklu ili orbitreku, zatim 20-30min vježbanja ili gornjeg ili donjeg dijela a onda cardio - traka i biciklo/orbitrek, a nekad ukljucim i steper tako da je sveukupno 30ak min. Je li to dovoljno?!Najviše me interesira koji puls da održavam na kraju dok radim cardio? Obicno je to oko 140.Ma imam ja hrpu pitanja ali evo za pocetak ovo bitnije, detalja se još kasnije sjetim jer se nadam da cemo se družiti još dugo <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /> <br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by None - 24&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2012 at 18:28</span>]]>
