Imas dosta aerobnog treninga uz to teretanu . Broji kcal , smanji unos masti tj za svoju težinu ogranici ih na 40 g dnevno ! Unosti 174 g proteina te isto toliko g ugljikohidrata . Nastoj biti u kcal deficitu znaci unesi oko 1800 kcal dnevno]]>
