    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11076">zbunjena</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6311<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2012 at 19:06<br /><br />Prvo pozdrav svima...i unaprijed se nadam da ne zamaram ovim pitanjem,ali nedgje sam citala o cikliranju ugljikohidratima pa sam razmišljala moze li se to i s kalorijama.Znaci moj je tdee 2150 kcal/dnevno, sto bi iznosilo 15050 kcal/tjedno..e sad sto mene zanima..modu li napr unositi 3 dana u tjednu 1685 kcal a ostala 4 2500 ,odnosno kako bi se to odrazilo na promjene u razini masnog tkiva,bi li utjecalo da smanjenje ili povecanje tezine?Znaci ovakav unos mi isto daje tih 15050 kcal/ tjedno pa mi nije jasno moze li to biti dobro ili je ipak lose zamoj organizam.I kako bi(ako je ovakav nacin prehrana ok)trebala uklopiti trening jer inace treniram svaki drugi dan u trajanju 20ak min ali srednjevisokog/visokog inteziteta...svi savjeti,preporuke i mišljenja su dobrodosli..hvala]]>
