Užasno sam nezadovoljna i vec u nekoliko navrata sam krenula u teretanu,ali,onako...preko volje. Sad sam se zainatila sama sebi da mogu skinuti 10 kg do sredine 1.mj.&nbsp;</div><div>Uglavnom,teretana 4 puta tjedno (orbitrek 45 min.,zatim 15 min.vježbe za trbuh,noge).</div><div>Prehrana je do sada bila smece i još malo smeca,a sada bih to sredila sa ovim-&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>1. 2 cijela jaja,2 bjelanjka,2 kapsule omega 3</div><div>2. mjerica proteina,20 gr.badema</div><div>3. 150 gr.oslica,žlica maslinovog ulja</div><div>4. 125 gr.piletine,žlica maslinovog,salata</div><div>5. mjerica proteina,20 gr.badema</div><div>6. 150 gr.sredele ili oslica&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>I uz to sve - Vita-min (olimp labs), L-Carnitin 500 forte plus, Hydroxycut shape nekakve tabletice i (kradem od muža <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" alt="Embarrassed" title="Embarrassed" />) prije treninga N.O.-XPLODE.&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley6.gif" border="0" alt="Unhappy" title="Unhappy" />&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Ne znam jel mi gore vježbati ili paziti na prehranu.
