Ja kad sam sit i kroz dan pravilno hranjen uopce nemam potrebu zderat niti u jednom trenutku,mozes mi mahati s bilo cim pred nosom da ne trepnem,&nbsp; no kada mi se desi koji dan manji kalorijski unos i uhvati me glad onda pojedm doslovno vola , u drugoj ruci kolace i sve istovremeno trpam u usta <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" /><br>Pogledaj dobro svoj jelovnik , unos pojedinih nutrijenata, te kalorijski ukupni dnevni unos i vjerujem da ces tu naci izvor i rjesenje svojih problema<br>]]>

Izbacivanje necega iz prehrane barem mene nije dovelo nikuda jer kad popustiš onda je još gore. Slobodno uvrsti u prehranu koju šnitu kruha, a šta se tice junk food-a jednom u tjedan ili dva mislim da nece puno štetiti.<br>]]>

Radi treninge snage, jedi pravilno (imaš hrpu jelovnika samo tu na forumu) i rezultati ce doci sami po sebi. A normalno da si gladna ako se cijeli dan iscrpiš i još uz to ne jeeš normalno. Malo si te stvari posloži. I nije sve u kiilaži, ima puno više toga &nbsp;u tjelesnom sastavu.]]>

Sve sam proucila, naucila itd.. no meni se dogada ono najgore, a to je jaka zelja za slatkim i to ni vise ni manje nego navecer..<br>Naime, ujutro si odvjezbam cca 60 min sobni bajs,vjezbe s bucicama, trbusnjaci,sklekovi,cucnjevi i ono...istrosim se!<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" />&nbsp; doruckujem, jedem oko pet puta i to bas lijepo,po malo, zdravo, bez kruha,junk hrane i ostalog , a onda dode vecer ja vise nisam ista..uhvati me glad, zelja za slatkim,i naravno,padnem!<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0" alt="Angry" title="Angry" /><br>iako imam u planu navecer odvoziti barem 30 min bajsa, ja to preskacem i radije se najedem.-.gluposti.mislim si- ma to cu ujutro istrositi! i sto je gore, uopce ne osjecam griznju savjesti tada nego tek kad se probudim troma, napuhana i sama sebi teska..i tako u krug, svaki dan..<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" alt="Cry" title="Cry" /><br><br>Pa eto da vas pitam, ima li netko isti problem, kako ga se rijesiti..??pokusala sam promijeniti "raspored" veceri (npr. peglanje robe si ostavim za navecer, samo da se necim zaokupim i slicno, ali opet si mi misli u keksima i cokoladi<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" alt="Embarrassed" title="Embarrassed" /><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" alt="Embarrassed" title="Embarrassed" />..) psiha?!<br><br>mozda zapravo vise trazim podrsku ili opasku, ali znam da sama vise ne mogu..<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" title="C&#111;nfused" /><br><br>btw. ja sam 153cm/53kg, htjela bi na 48kg..rodila 2 puta.<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /><br><br><br>]]>
