Odkad znam za sebe imam nekoliko kila viska i uvijek sam ih skidala izgladnjivanjem medutim ubrzo bi se vratili, sad sam konacno odlucila jednom zauvijek ih se rijesiti. Idem vec u teretanu 3 tjedna, 4-5 puta tjedno ali vaga se nije pomakla, mislila sam da sam sredila prehranu ali izgleda da nisam  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> pa bi zamolila za koji savjet sta da promjenim i ima nekolika pitanja,  jedan dnevni meni okoprilike izgleda ovako:<br /><br />7:30- zobnene~75g + mlijeko0.9mm~120ml + nekoliko susenih brusnica i badema + 2 mandarina<br />12:00- 2 jaja+gljive snitu kruha<br />15:00- 50g posnog+1 wasa kreker<br />18:00-150gr piletine+75gr rize+ hrpa povrca+ neko povrce<br />obicno me poslje vecere uhvati zelja za slatkim pa uz kavu pojedem 1 keks integralni  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />19:30 trenig <br />21:30 150g posnog + bademi<br /><br />zanima me sta jos mogu navecer poslje treniga jesti jer nisam neki ljubitelj posnog, a nemam jos uvijek proteine (skupljam pare)<br />e sad jedno malo smijesno pitanje moze li neko preporuciti neki kruh koji moze stajati nekoliko dana jer kod mene u kuci svi jedu bijeli kruh iz pekare  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
