    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11203">Jean</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6268<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2012 at 14:30<br /><br />ovak, ak te tolko boli, ocito radiš preteške vježbe za svoju kondiciju. probaj s necim laganijim za pocetak. pocni 5x na tjedan brzo hodati ili opcenito hodati po sat vremena. pa vidi, boli li te išta od toga ili ne. ak boli, hodaj jednako brzo, ali smanji vremenski period ili ostani na istom vremenu, ali uspori (prva opcija je bolja, ali ti odaberi). <br />ak ti je okej, ak vidiš da to možeš, ostani pri tome: dakle, ak odeš danas na brzo hodanje, odhodaš sat vremena i sutra te ne boli prejako ili te uopce ne bole noge, nastavi tak još 2 tjedna. <br />neke dane možeš ubaciti lagane vježbe (prije ili poslije hodanja ili u dane kad ne hodaš): npr. 3 puta po 8 cucnjeva,  3 puta po 5 iskoraka (dakle, svaka noga 15), 5 ženskih skelokva i 20 trbušnjaka. ak te boli, smanji. ak ti se cini prelaganim, pojacaj. ak ti se cini okej, nastavi tak neko vrijeme, pa pojacaj.<br />uglavnom, nisam strucnjak, ali cini mi se da trebaš krenuti od nule, od pocetaka, da pripremiš tijelo za neki jaci trening. i ak te bole mišici, nemoj odustati. zapamti da se tijelo mora odmoriti, ali ne na nacin da vježbaš do smrti dva tjedna i onda 2 tjedna umireš od bolova. ne, ak te boli, prestani na dan-dva, opet nastavi vježbati, ali smanji intenzitet. i tak budeš polako dobila nekakvu kondiciju i mogla krenuti s zahtjevnijim vježbama. <br />kreni polako, s hodanjem i ubaci koji trening snage (cucnjevi, trbušni, sklekovi itd.).<br />i nemoj misliti da bude sve savršeno ak budeš vježbala mjesec dana. ne, ak planiraš mijenjati sebe, oblikovati se, fitness treba postati dio tvoje svakodnevnice jer inace nema smisla. razmisli i odluci kaj hoceš, ali biraj pametno i slušaj kaj ti tvoje tijelo govori.]]>
