A buduci da se i za meso uzima u obzir svježe, dakle neobrađeno, pretpostavka je da se isto odnosi i na jaja. Termicka obrada ne uništava proteine u toj mjeri da te to treba zamarati, ali ovisi o kakvoj je obradi rijec. Dakle, bez brige.<br>]]>

Negdje u podsvjesti mi lezi informacija da se zbog kolesterola ne bi smjelo pojesti vise od 3 jaja (tj.zumanjka) tjedno.<br>]]>
