Naravno svakim danom ceš moci više i više, i biti ceš zadovoljan sam sa sobom. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />Možeš pogledati program od 5 tjedana za 5 kg masti manje od Extremefita u dijelu Mršavlenje i probati s njim, daje dolicne rezultate.<br />Možeš i pogledati site fitnessangels.net na kojem imaš dio zapocnite u kojem je program od 4 tjedna 3x tjedno trening...<br />Moraš se samo naoružat strpljenjem i krenut rezultati ce sigurno doci.<br />Sretno <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Kao sto sam rekao, gubitak kilograma je vrlo bitan, i zato i trazim nesto da idem na skidanje kila dugorocno, ne nekakve gluposti tipa dijeta od mjesec dana i sl ...&nbsp;]]>
