Trenirao bih kuci jer mi se do teretane bas i ne ide. Zanima me prehrana i vidio sam na forumu da su vjezbe za trbusne misice najbolji trbusnjaci (mislim na vjezbu) pa sad mene zanima koju bih prehranu trebo koristit,i svakih koliko bih trebao jest. Radim poso takav da dnevno vozim po 3-4 sata bajs,posto sam dostavljas poste i trosim mnogo energije (nije da se bas umaram tijekom radnog vremena). Moze mi se netko javit makar u inbox pa to detaljnije rec ali i moze i tu u nekim natuknicama. Hvala unaprijed]]>
