    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=12516">Novi05</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6220<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2012 at 17:21<br /><br />imao bih pitanje vezano za trcanje. naime imam 196cm i 77kg izledam  veoma mršavo (s malo mišicne mase). naravno želio bih to promijenti pa sam poceo trenirat s nekim home made treningom. želim znati jel trcanje djeluje pogodno za rast mišice il da ga izjbjegavam. jer citao sam na nekim forumima da je trcanje nepotrban dio treninga vec da se okrenem više dizanju tegova, sklekovima, trbušnjacima itd itd...???? inace mogu puno trcat i dnevno trcim oko cca 1-2 sata i mogu još.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10368">mr-triple-double</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6220<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2012 at 16:34<br /><br />vidi za sirinu ramena su ti leda jednako bitna ko i ramena, da dobijes v oblik dobar, treniraj ramena ko i svaki drugi misic, nabavi utege teze ili kreni u teretanu di ih ima . a vidi kaj se tice treninga, onaj trening nije los, probaj ga radit jedno vrijeme pa vidi kakv ti je, bitno je samo dizat tezine i broj ponavljanja imat od 6 do 10. a treniranje ti je inace takvo da si stalno u potrazi za savrsenim treningom, stalno isprobavas nesto novo usavrsavas svoj trening, vidis kaj ti pase kaj djeluje. tako da ono je za pocetak ok, a onda s vremenom sam donosi zakljucke i mjenjaj sta mislis da trebas.]]>

Po gradji tijela sam ektomorf i dosta sam mrsav, vidio sam na fit faq program treninga za pocetnike pa dal bi ste mi mogli u tom treningu dodat jos poneke vjezbe koje bi pomogle ojacat misice ramena pa bi vizualno izgledala sire ili nema potrebe da dodam jos vjezbi? :)]]>
