    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10645">avangarde</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6213<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2012 at 23:22<br /><br />D: super, možeš dodati u zobene whey ujutro ako ti se ne daju nekad jesti jaja  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> i voce takodjer<br />MO1- ponesi u školu malo badema i jednu posudicu zrnatog sira- ona je prakticna jer ima kasikicu pa mozes odmah jesti (jedino ako i s tim sirom nemas problem  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> )<br />R: ovako, 100 grama smedje riže ima 337 kcal tako da bi ja tu jela samo rižu s mesom bez kruha+ povrce, povrce, punooo povrca<br />MO2: fali neki protein- opet kažem najlakše ide sir ako vec jedeš orašaste i voce, možeš i tu neki mini sendvic pojesti ako je sir problem- kupi raženi kruh pa probaj s njim http://encian.hr/proizvodi/6, lijepo dodas malo tune i namaza malomasnog i etogac<br />V: uredu. s tim da bih ja ipak ako je teretana navece u pitanju nakon teninga pojela P+UH, znaci onaj kruh iz MO (ako ces jesti voce, orasaste i sir) onda ovdje zajedno s nekom mesinom ili ovim jajima i svime sto si napisao pod veceru<br />mjeerica proteina ima oko 120 kcal  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  jesi to uracunao? a grozdani?]]>
