Vježbam yogu i u pokretu sam dnevno 4 sata. No sada bi htjela nabacit malo mišicne mase, a svi savjeti na koje sam naišla govore da maksimalno vježbam samo 3-5 puta tjedno i da nejdem iznad 45min. I da smanjim cardio na što je moguce manje.&nbsp;</p><p>Sada, ako ima ko iskustva sa time zanima me dali to drži vodu ili mogu svaki dan vježbati i dalje dobiti rezultate?&nbsp;</p><p>(ko dobar pionir u naprjed sam se opskrbila proteinima)&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>]]>
