Prema nekim istraživanjima je zakljuceno da ljudi koji cesto jedu kestene gube na težini, a razlog je taj što porcija od nekoliko kestena daje osjecaj sitosti pa nemaš potrebu za drugom hranom. E sad, ako se ideš natrpavati kestenima, sigurno da rezultat nece biti isti. U svakom slucaju dobar medjuobrok.]]>
